Paul Coate has been appraising residential properties in Washington since 2006, and has lived in Seattle and the surrounding metro areas for over 10 years.  Mr. Coate has been very active in local business practices by owning and managing several businesses himself, to include managing staff, budget, cash flows, and marketing for high-end casinos in both King and Pierce Counties.  Mr. Coate is fulfilling a longtime goal by becoming General Appraiser in Washington State, and plans to expand his knowledge of residential and commercial real estate over the years to come.
