Ms. Coate is a Certified Residential Appraiser and has been inspecting properties in Washington since 2003. She is highly familiar with residential and multifamily real estate trends in the Puget Sound.   Along with standard SFR work, a primary focus of her practice is performing complex property appraisals, REO Appraisals, and Retrospective Review Appraisals.

Ms. Coate attended The Evergreen State College and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science and Geographic Information Systems.  In addition, Ms. Coate brings ten years of top level consulting and company planning expertise, to include the management of multimillion dollar technology projects for the National Guard, Utilities, City Departments and Private Business.  This experience ensures a high level of quality, thoroughness and market awareness that smaller appraisal companies have yet to learn.   Ms. Coate maintains relationships with many local top realtors, brokers, investors and developers in order to ensure that PEAK Appraisals maintains its reputation as the top quality service provider in the area, and that it continues as a sound, long term business.
